Javelin Minerals Reports Strong Assays at Eureka Gold Project

Javelin Minerals Limited (ASX: JAV) announced encouraging assay results from its maiden 22-hole reverse circulation (RC) drilling program, totaling 2,779 meters, at the Eureka Gold Project, just 50km north of Kalgoorlie, WA. The drilling returned broad gold intercepts adjacent to and beneath the Eureka Pit, reinforcing the area’s potential for resource expansion.

The project already hosts a JORC 2012 Mineral Resource of 2.45Mt at 1.42g/t Au for 112,000 ounces, including 62,000 ounces in the Indicated category. Executive Chairman Brett Mitchell stated that the results strengthened the case for resource growth in the south and highlighted potential new mineralized zones at depth. A follow-up drilling campaign is planned to build on this momentum and support the planned restart of mining activities.
