King River Appoints New Managing Director

King River Resources Ltd (ASX: KRR) has appointed Mr. Graham Gadsby as Managing Director, effective 14 October 2025. Mr. Gadsby is a seasoned geologist and mining executive with over two decades of experience, holding a Master’s in Mining Geology from Camborne School of Mines and a Bachelor’s in Exploration and Resource Geology from Cardiff University. He previously spent seven years at Spartan Resources, where he played a pivotal role in its turnaround and relisting on the ASX.

With expertise spanning exploration to full-scale production, Mr. Gadsby brings both technical and operational strength to King River. Chairman Anthony Barton said his appointment marks an important step for the company, with a clear focus on advancing projects, driving new discoveries, and delivering shareholder value.
