Lake Resources Secures AU$2.1 million to Boost Strategic Lithium Initiatives

Lake Resources N.L. (ASX: LKE), a company focused on sustainable lithium development, has successfully secured AU$2.1 million through its At-the-Market (ATM) Subscription Agreement with Acuity Capital. This capital injection, achieved by issuing 65 million shares at 3.23 cents each—just 2.1% below the recent trading average—will support Lake's balance sheet and ongoing strategic planning for its flagship Kachi Project in Argentina. The project employs cutting-edge ion exchange extraction technology to produce high-purity lithium with minimal environmental impact, addressing growing demand for ESG-compliant battery materials.

Additionally, Lake extended its ATM facility’s expiry to January 2031 and increased collateral shares to 90 million. Although it has raised AU$50.625 million to date via the ATM, up to AU$199.375 million remains accessible. Importantly, there are no mandatory drawdowns or associated fees. Lake maintains the flexibility to cancel the facility or the collateral shares at any time, pending shareholder approval
