Market Alert: US Sets Tariff Floor at 15% – Potentially Rising to 50% from 01 August 2025
Lanthanein Resources Limited (ASX: LNR) has secured firm commitments to raise approximately AU$275,000 via a share placement and is launching a fully underwritten non-renounceable entitlement offer to raise up to AU$2.1 million. Funds will support exploration at the Lyons and Edmund Projects, potential acquisitions, and general working capital. Lead manager Inyati Capital will receive a 6% fee and options, and will underwrite the entitlement offer.
The company plans to rebrand as Fortuna Metals Ltd and consolidate capital on a 30:1 basis, pending shareholder approval. The entitlement offer, available only to eligible shareholders in Australia and New Zealand, will include free-attaching shares, effectively pricing them at AU$0.00075 per share. Additionally, director and underwriter options are subject to approval. This restructure aims to streamline the capital structure and enhance investor appeal as the company positions for future growth in WA's resource-rich Gascoyne region.
