McLaren Minerals Launches AU$3.6 Million Entitlement Offer and Identifies New Titanium Target
McLaren Minerals Limited (ASX: MML) has announced a fully underwritten AU$3.6 million pro-rata entitlement offer, supported by Leeuwin Wealth, to fund exploration and feasibility work at its McLaren Titanium Project in Western Australia. The offer allows eligible shareholders one new share for each held, plus attaching options.
Proceeds will advance drilling, engineering, metallurgical studies, and environmental approvals. The funding supports upcoming fieldwork following the company’s identification of a second prospective shoreline adjacent to its existing titanium resource of 280 million tonnes at 4.8% heavy minerals.
Managing Director Simon Finnis said the new target could extend mineralisation east of the main deposit, marking a significant opportunity for growth. The initiative highlights McLaren’s commitment to progressing feasibility and positioning itself as a future supplier of critical minerals vital to defence and aerospace industries.
