Mithril Silver and Gold Expands High-Grade Targets at Copalquin, Mexico.

Mithril Silver and Gold Limited (ASX: MTH) has reported significant exploration progress across its Copalquin property in Durango, Mexico. Sampling and mapping at Target 5 have expanded the silver-rich zone to over 2 km × 2 km, with highlights of up to 3,300 grams per tonne (g/t) silver and 2.0 g/t gold over 1.4 metres from the historic Tasolera Mine. The first nine drill holes at Target 5 are complete, with assays pending. Resource expansion drilling at Target 1 extended the east-west mineralised structure by 300 metres, increasing the strike length to over 1,200 metres.

Preparations for maiden drilling at Target 3 are underway, alongside development of access roads and drill pads. A district-wide aerial magnetic survey and a petrographic fluid inclusion study are being conducted to support the district-scale geologic model. Mithril is fully funded to complete 45,000 metres of drilling over the next 12–14 months, highlighting the extensive potential of the Copalquin gold-silver district.
