AuMEGA Metals Ltd (ASX: AAM) has reported the successful completion of a ~CA$30.1 million capital raise, significantly enhancing its financial capacity to accelerate exploration activities across its Newfoundland projects. The funding introduces strong institutional backing, including cornerstone investors and increased participation from global funds, alongside continued support from existing strategic shareholder B2Gold. The strengthened capital position provides a clear runway to execute a larger-scale 2026 exploration program across key assets, including Cape Ray, Cape Ray West and Bunker Hill. The expanded program is expected to focus on advancing high-priority targets and unlocking district-scale potential across the Company’s land package. The capital raise also reflects growing institutional confidence in AuMEGA’s exploration strategy and asset base.
