MMA Offshore Secures AU$100 million Contract Extension with Woodside

MMA Offshore Limited (ASX: MMA) announced that at the time of writing it has signed a five-year contract extension with Woodside Energy for the operation of the Mermaid Sound Supply Base in Dampier, Western Australia. The agreement, valued at approximately AU$100 million, extends the long-standing partnership between the two companies.

The Mermaid Sound facility has supported Woodside’s operations for more than 30 years, providing supply base, warehousing, and logistics services to offshore projects. Under the new deal, MMA will continue to deliver integrated marine and shore-based services, reinforcing its position as a leading provider to the oil and gas sector.

This extension secures a strong earnings stream and underpins MMA’s strategy to grow its offshore logistics business. It also reflects confidence from Woodside in MMA’s operational capabilities and commitment to long-term service delivery in Western Australia.
