Norwood Systems Secures $500K to Drive Strategic Growth

Norwood Systems Ltd (ASX: NOR), a pioneer in voice communication technologies, has successfully completed an oversubscribed AU$500,000 capital raising through a placement of 26.3 million shares at AU$0.019 each. Managed by Red Leaf Securities Pty Ltd, the funds will fuel the company’s strategic expansion, accelerate product development, and boost customer experience. Additionally, the proceeds will help enhance operational efficiency, support strategic partnerships, and partially repay existing debt. Red Leaf will receive a 6% cash fee and 3 million options exercisable at AU$0.03, expiring in December 2026. Shares are expected to be allotted on 21 May 2025.
