oOh media to Conclude Auckland Transport Contract by September 2025

oOh!media Limited (ASX: OML) has been advised by Auckland Transport that its existing agreement, scheduled to end on 30 September 2025, will not be extended. Although the Company expressed disappointment with the decision, it noted that contingency plans were already in place and reaffirmed its strong position in New Zealand’s Out of Home advertising sector.

The Auckland Transport contract accounted for approximately 4% of the Company’s reported revenue in FY24. The transition out of the agreement is expected to be finalised by October 2025.Despite this development, oOh!media remains focused on maintaining a well-balanced portfolio of leases, with an emphasis on disciplined contract management. The Company continues to prioritise delivering sustainable profit margins, earnings growth, and solid returns on capital investment.
