Orcoda Expands SaaS Reach Following ACTA Trial Success

Orcoda Limited (ASX: ODA), an Australian smart transport technology provider, has secured six new multi-year Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) contracts through its subsidiary Orcoda Healthcare and Transport Logistics Pty Ltd. At the time of writing, these contracts—stemming from a successful 12-month ACTA Trial—are expected to generate ~$1 million over three years. The ACTA platform was praised for its superior ability to meet Dex reporting standards, enhancing compliance, safety, and efficiency in Community Transport operations. Orcoda's Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) has now reached ~$5 million, up 23% YoY, boosted by these wins and upgrades across existing contracts. CEO Geoff Jamieson highlights the potential for growth both domestically and internationally as digital transformation accelerates in the sector. The new clients include St John Ambulance Queensland, Catholic Care Central Queensland, and others across Australia.
