Orora Strengthens Leadership with New CFO Appointment
Orora Limited (ASX: ORA) has announced the appointment of Paul Victor as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective 4 November 2026, following a comprehensive search process. He will succeed Shaun Hughes, who is stepping down after six years in the role and will support a smooth leadership transition.
Paul Victor brings over three decades of experience in financial and strategic leadership across diverse industries and global markets. His career includes senior roles at Sasol, Incitec Pivot, and most recently as CFO of Mainland Group, part of Fonterra. He is known for driving organisational transformation, building strong teams, and managing large-scale transactions.
Outgoing CFO Shaun Hughes has played a key role in strengthening Orora’s financial framework and guiding major strategic initiatives, including the Saverglass acquisition and the divestment of Orora Packaging Solutions, contributing significantly to the company’s transformation journey.
