Strata Secures Strategic Mining Partnership to Fast-Track Zelica Gold Project
Strata Minerals Limited (ASX: SMX) has entered into a binding Mining Services and Profit Share Agreement with BML Ventures (BMLV) to accelerate the development and potential mining of its 100%-owned Zelica Gold Project in Western Australia. Under the agreement, BMLV will manage regulatory approvals, mining operations, haulage, toll treatment arrangements, and fund all development and operating costs required to advance the project. Future net profits will be shared equally between the two parties after project costs are recovered. The arrangement provides Strata with a capital-light, non-dilutive pathway toward production while reducing funding and development risks. Additionally, BMLV has committed to invest up to AU$1.0 million in Strata through a proposed share placement, strengthening the company’s balance sheet. Zelica hosts shallow gold mineralisation extending over approximately 1 kilometre and remains open along strike and at depth. Recent drilling and an interpreted 9.5-kilometre gold corridor highlight the project’s strong resource growth and discovery potential.
