Market Alert: US Sets Tariff Floor at 15% – Potentially Rising to 50% from 01 August 2025
Podium Minerals (ASX: POD) has announced a fully underwritten AU$2.6 million entitlement offer to fund critical metallurgical test work at its flagship Parks Reef Platinum Group Metals (PGM) Project. The 1-for-6 non-renounceable pro-rata offer is priced at 2.3 cents per share, with participants receiving one free PODOA option for every two shares subscribed. The raise is underwritten by Leeuwin Wealth and Cumulus Wealth, reflecting strong institutional support.
The funds will be used to enhance flotation performance and concentrate quality, supporting the company’s strategy to become a significant PGM supplier aligned with green hydrogen and decarbonisation trends. This follows Podium’s recent resource update to include copper and gold, expanding the project's potential. As a new member of the World Platinum Investment Council (WPIC), Podium is positioning itself as a key player in the global critical minerals market. The entitlement offer is expected to close on June 13, 2025.
