Prospech Secures AU$1 million to Advance European Exploration

Prospech Limited (ASX: PRS) has successfully raised AU$1 million through a share placement to sophisticated investors, offering 50 million shares at AU$0.02 each. This capital raising was conducted under the ASX Listing Rules 7.1 and 7.1A and aims to fund exploration and evaluation activities across the company’s Finnish and Slovakian projects. A key focus will be expanding the Korsnäs resource and conducting metallurgical test work, alongside supporting general working capital requirements.
