QPM Energy Limited (ASX: QPM) has significantly bolstered its financial position through two new funding agreements with Dyno Nobel Ltd, aimed at refinancing existing debt and enhancing growth capacity. The agreements—comprising an AU$40 million Prepayment Facility and an AU$30 million Additional Funding Facility—will fully repay QPM's AU$27 million working capital facility. Repayments begin in 2027 with structured instalments extending through 2033. These facilities align with QPM’s New Gas Sales Agreement and provide a secure funding base to support drilling, infrastructure optimization, and energy portfolio expansion.
Additionally, the existing AU$80 million Development Funding Facility, with potential to increase to AU$120 million, remains active to finance drilling and gas infrastructure projects. CEO David Wrench emphasized that the company is entering a transformative phase with reduced costs and long-term energy contracts. Together, these initiatives position QPM for accelerated growth and operational resilience in the evolving energy sector
