Ramelius Strengthens Growth Outlook with Dalgaranga Exploration Success
Ramelius Resources Limited (ASX: RMS) reported strong exploration results from the Dalgaranga Gold Project, with drilling during the March quarter delivering high-grade gold intercepts across both underground and surface targets. At Gilbey’s Underground (West Winds and Four Pillars), results such as 3.9m at 21.2g/t and 6.1m at 10.4g/t highlight the potential for a new underground operation. The current resource stands at 6.9 million tonnes at 1.9g/t for 380,000 ounces, with additional exploration targets indicating further upside potential.
The company aims to extend mineralisation at depth and convert inferred resources to support future mining studies. This strategy could replace lower-grade feed planned for FY29–FY30 and support production exceeding 525koz per annum by FY30.
Exploration at Sly Fox and Plymouth also delivered encouraging intercepts, supporting potential open pit expansion and additional underground opportunities, reinforcing Dalgaranga’s role as a key growth asset.
