RooLife Group Ltd (ASX: RLG) reported a major milestone with its RLG Coffee brand surpassing A$1 million in sales in November 2025, only months after launch. The strong performance highlights rapid scale-up driven by expanding distribution, growing SKU ranges, and targeted marketing across leading e-commerce platforms such as JD.com, Tmall, and Douyin, complemented by broader offline retail and foodservice channels. This momentum positions the coffee vertical toward a double-digit million-dollar annualised run-rate.
China’s coffee market continues to expand rapidly, creating a strong backdrop for RLG’s data-led and asset-light strategy. November’s sales also reflect early conversion under the Company’s binding AU$64 million supply agreement with Zhongshan Runlian, supporting ongoing volume growth.
