Skin Elements Raises AU$900,000 to Advance Growth Initiatives

Skin Elements Limited (ASX: SKN) has secured firm commitments to raise AU$900,000 through a placement to sophisticated and professional investors, strengthening its balance sheet and providing additional working capital. The company will issue 300 million new fully paid shares at AU$0.003 per share, representing a 25.0% discount to the last closing price and a 32.8% discount to the five-day volume-weighted average price. The proceeds will support the development of its product portfolio, including ECO Nurture, SuprCuvr, Soleo Organics sunscreen, and PapayaActivs skincare, while also funding general working capital and associated offer costs.

The placement is expected to settle on 16 July 2026, with Phoenix Global Investments acting as Sole Lead Manager. Alongside the capital raising, Skin Elements appointed Roderick Nicholas as Non-Executive Chairman and reduced annual non-executive director fees as part of a board remuneration review. The company also engaged Phoenix Global Investments to provide investor relations services under a 12-month agreement, with compensation partly in escrowed shares issued under existing placement capacity.
