RooLife Secures AU$64 million Coffee Supply Agreement in China

RooLife Group Ltd (ASX: RLG) has signed a binding two-year supply and procurement deal worth approximately AUD AU$64 million with Zhongshan Runlian Commercial Co., Ltd for its branded coffee products and equipment in China. This agreement builds on RLG’s data-driven model, which focuses on identifying high-margin demand, sourcing competitively, and rapidly scaling through established distribution. Coffee, a high-growth category in China with annual consumption rising over 21% since 2011, provides RLG with a strong expansion platform.

The company sources products through major suppliers, including state-owned COFCO and specialty providers, ensuring scale and quality. Distribution will leverage Zhongshan Runlian’s network and Eternal Asia’s nationwide retail footprint, supported by online storefronts on JD.com, Tmall, and Douyin. Payments follow a 50% deposit and balance within a week of delivery. This move aligns with RLG’s strategy of using digital platforms and strategic partnerships to penetrate fast-growing consumer markets across China, Australia, India, and the UK
