Saturn Metals Secures AU$45 million to Advance Apollo Hill Gold Project

Saturn Metals Limited (ASX: STN) has successfully raised AU$45 million through a strongly supported share placement at AU$0.58 per share, receiving commitments from both new and existing investors, including domestic and offshore institutions. The capital raising was underpinned by cornerstone investors and further broadened Saturn’s shareholder base, strengthening its financial platform. The funds will be deployed to fast-track exploration at newly defined high-grade targets such as the Iris Trend, expand resource growth opportunities, and support the Apollo Hill Gold Project in Western Australia as it progresses toward development.

Key milestones include the completion of a Pre-Feasibility Study and Maiden Ore Reserve in CY 2025, followed by a Definitive Feasibility Study in the second half of CY 2026. In addition, proceeds will back regional exploration across Saturn’s 1,000km² Leonora district tenure. With a reinforced balance sheet, Saturn is well positioned to grow its team and capabilities as it advances toward becoming a gold producer.
