Shaver Shop Group Limited (ASX: SSG), a leading Australian retailer of personal grooming and beauty products, has announced the appointment of Carolyn Bendall as an independent non-executive director, effective 1 April 2026. Ms Bendall brings over three decades of executive experience, particularly in customer strategy, marketing, communications, and digital transformation, along with more than 10 years in governance roles. Her previous leadership positions include Chief Marketing Officer roles at Medibank and Swinburne University, and a senior marketing role at ANZ Banking Group. She is currently engaged in multiple advisory and board positions, contributing to the growth and governance of various organisations and emerging businesses. The Chairman highlighted that her expertise will support the company’s growth strategy across both physical and digital retail channels. Ms Bendall is expected to stand for election at the upcoming Annual General Meeting scheduled for November 2026, reinforcing the company’s governance and strategic direction.
