SportsHero Limited Announces AU$1.65 million Private Placement

SportsHero Limited (ASX: SHO) has successfully secured AU$1.65 million through a private placement, issuing approximately 71.8 million shares at AU$0.023 per share with a 1:2 free attaching option exercisable at AU$0.03 until 31 July 2026. The capital raised will support the commercial expansion of its e-sports gaming and community engagement platforms, including new gaming publisher partnerships, Telco collaborations across Southeast Asia, and direct marketing initiatives. A portion will also be used for partial debt repayment, working capital, and placement costs.

The placement, managed by Activ8 Capital Advisors, included fees and additional options to Activ8 and Wallabi Group for their participation and fundraising support. The newly issued shares are set to commence trading on the ASX on 6 August 2025. SportsHero’s strategy focuses on accelerating market penetration, enhancing monetization opportunities, and strengthening its regional presence in the rapidly growing e-sports sector
