Treasury Wine Estates Appoints Breakthru as New California Distributor

Treasury Wine Estates Limited (ASX: TWE) has appointed Breakthru Beverage Group as its exclusive distributor in California for its Treasury Americas and Treasury Collective US portfolios, starting 1 September 2025 . This follows the announcement that Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC) will cease operations in the state on 2 September 2025. The decision to partner with Breakthru reflects the strength of their existing collaboration across key markets like Florida, and the scale of Breakthru’s reach in California. Treasury Wine Estates had already guided for modest EBITS growth in FY26 for its Treasury Americas division during its Investor Update on 24 June 2025. However, the full financial impact of the transition remains uncertain due to various exit and handover dynamics with RNDC. A more detailed update will be provided during TWE’s full-year results announcement on 13 August 2025.
