Turaco Gold Confirms Major Discovery at Afema Project

Turaco Gold Limited (ASX: TCG) has announced a major high-grade gold find at the Adiopan prospect, part of its Afema Project in Côte d’Ivoire. The latest drilling results highlight strong mineralisation and confirm Adiopan as an emerging discovery zone within one of West Africa’s most promising gold corridors. Recent drilling delivered standout intercepts such as 16m at 5.0g/t, 25m at 2.5g/t, and 20m at 1.9g/t gold, highlighting the strong mineral potential along the Afema Shear. Adiopan lies adjacent to the 520koz Anuiri and 820koz Asupiri deposits, with mineralisation open along strike and at depth.

The company is progressing a Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS) for the Afema Project, underpinned by a 3.55Moz JORC Resource, while ongoing drilling aims to expand resources across multiple targets. Turaco holds a robust cash balance of about A$80 million, enabling continued exploration and development. Management anticipates further resource growth in 2026 as additional drilling results from Adiopan, Herman, and other prospects are integrated
