The facility enhances liquidity and provides near-term financial flexibility to support platform execution, enterprise deployments and revenue growth initiatives. In parallel, Unith’s proprietary AI and Digital Human platform has been certified under Spain’s R&D tax incentive framework, a rigorous standard for software-based projects that validates the technical sophistication and defensibility of the technology. The company has received an initial R&D tax refund of approximately AU$215,000, with further instalments expected, creating a recurring source of non-dilutive funding. Together, these funding sources support continued investment in product development, platform scalability and global enterprise expansion, while allowing Unith to remain focused on scaling recurring revenues and strengthening its international footprint.
