Vanadium Resources Appoints New CEO to Drive Near-Term Production

Vanadium Resources Limited (ASX: VR8) has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Mr. Nick Diack as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Mr. Diack, a seasoned South African mining entrepreneur, brings over a decade of expertise in mining finance, private equity, and vanadium transactions, with a strong track record across the Bushveld Complex. Most recently, he successfully raised more than ZAR 800 million and led the acquisition of Vanchem, one of only three primary vanadium processing facilities worldwide. He replaces Mr. John Ciganek, who transitions to Non-Executive Director after playing a pivotal role in building VR8’s foundation and guiding the Company to this critical growth stage.

Supported by a newly appointed COO and Technical Manager, VR8’s bolstered executive team is now positioned to advance the world-class Steelpoortdrift Project towards near-term direct shipping ore production, with potential to expand into concentrate output and innovative downstream opportunities.
