Eminence Minerals Advances Campo Grande Rare Earth Project With Major Drill Program
Eminence Minerals (ASX: EMA) has awarded a drilling contract to Eco Sondagem for the next phase of exploration at its 100%-owned Campo Grande Rare Earth Project in Bahia, Brazil. The program will include up to 72 auger drill holes covering approximately 2,000 metres across three priority rare earth corridors. The drilling campaign aims to evaluate ionic clay and lateritic rare earth mineralisation targets identified through recent geological studies, remote sensing work, and field exploration. The company’s project lies within an emerging rare earth district adjacent to Brazilian Rare Earths’ tenure, where significant rare earth discoveries have been reported. Eminence has already secured exploration approvals, environmental permits, and land access agreements, allowing drilling activities to begin in June 2026. Management views the drilling campaign as a major step toward advancing the project and assessing its resource potential. The systematic exploration approach is expected to improve geological understanding and support future resource estimation activities.
