Way2VAT Secures AU$2 million in Oversubscribed Capital Raise

Way2VAT Ltd (ASX: W2V) has received firm commitments to raise AU$2 million (before costs) via a strongly supported placement to new and existing professional and sophisticated investors. The placement will involve the issue of approximately 285.7 million fully paid ordinary shares at AU$0.007 per share, representing a 12.5% discount to the last closing price of AU$0.008 and an 18.4% discount to the 30-day VWAP.

Proceeds will be primarily used for working capital and short-term bank debt reduction. Settlement is scheduled for 03 June 2025, with shares to be allotted on 05 June 2025 under the Company’s ASX Listing Rule 7.1 and 7.1A capacities. Way2VAT CEO Amos Simantov noted the strong investor support, citing recent client wins and a robust pipeline as catalysts for growth and progress toward profitability in 2025.
