Winchester Energy Limited (ASX: WEL) has announced the appointment of Jason Peterson and David Wheeler as Non-Executive Directors, reinforcing its corporate governance framework. Jason Peterson, Founder and Managing Director of CPS Capital Group, brings over 25 years of stockbroking and corporate advisory expertise across global markets, handling more than 50 corporate transactions annually. David Wheeler, a seasoned executive with 30+ years in management and corporate advisory, has extensive international experience spanning the USA, UK, Europe, and Asia. He is recognized as a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and currently serves on several boards and advisory positions across ASX-listed companies.

These appointments ensure compliance with Section 201A(2) of the Corporations Act 2001, which mandates at least three directors for public companies. Winchester Energy is also addressing prior shareholder meeting notices under Section 249D and will release the required Appendix 3X filings for the new directors, marking a pivotal step in its governance and strategic oversight
