Comms Group Limited (ASX: CCG) is a telecommunications and cloud services provider offering communications, connectivity and technology solutions across Australia and international markets. Its continuing operations span Business Communications & Technology and Global Unified Communications, serving businesses, government organisations, multinational enterprises and wholesale customers.FY26 marked a strong year for Comms Group, with revenue rising 31.6% to AU$74.5 million and underlying EBITDA increasing 52% to AU$8.7 million. Net profit before tax improved to AU$1.4 million from a AU$0.6 million loss, while new contracts generated record annual recurring revenue of AU$10.9 million.The company is simplifying its portfolio through the planned AU$30.0 million sale of onPlatinum, while expanding its core communications businesses. FY27 priorities include reducing debt, completing network consolidation, capturing cost efficiencies and extending its Global Unified Communications footprint internationally.
