Defence And Funding

Cash stood at US$63.0 million, compared to US$35.2 million, alongside US$33.7 million in obligated reimbursable funding. Operating cash outflow was US$12.6 million. The public offering generated US$50.0 million gross and approximately US$46.1 million net.
Titan’s study projected US$813 million after-tax NPV8, 39.4% IRR, 3.6-year payback and US$1.9 billion cumulative after-tax free cash flow over 14 years. Atlas acquisition consideration was US$3 million.
Outlook
IperionX’s progress now depends on translating validated production capabilities into consistent customer deliveries and recurring orders. Priorities include integrating GenX capacity, expanding downstream manufacturing and completing customer qualification. Defence programs provide potential opportunities, although additional orders remain dependent on testing and procurement decisions. Available cash and reimbursable government funding support expansion, while operating cash outflows underline the importance of disciplined spending, reliable execution and stronger commercial conversion over coming quarters.
