ABS provides statistical data on new housing loan commitments
According to data issued today by the Australian Bureau of Statistics, the value of new loan commitments for housing decreased by 0.9% to AU$22.6 billion in February 2023 (seasonally adjusted), following a revised decline of 2.4% in January (ABS).
