Albright Metals Ltd. (ASX: ABR) has successfully completed the sale of part of its Bryah Basin tenement package to Catalyst Metals Ltd. for AU$1,000,000 in cash and 105,387 shares of Catalyst Metals. This strategic sale allows Albright Metals to unlock the value of non-core assets and secure non-dilutive funding to advance its Golden Pike Gold and Antimony Project in New Brunswick, Canada. The proceeds from the sale will support the development of the high-grade gold deposit at Vail Road, along with exploration of antimony and base metals in the region. This transaction aligns with Albright Metals’ focus on its core projects and enhances its financial position. The Golden Pike Project is located in a resource-rich area with strong infrastructure, enabling year-round exploration. Albright Metals continues to progress with a diverse portfolio of projects across Canada and Western Australia.
