APC Minerals Limited (ASX: APC) has announced a combined capital raise of approximately AU$1.5 million through a AU$116,000 placement and a renounceable pro rata entitlement offer targeting up to AU$1,384,776, both priced at AU$0.004 per share. The offer, led and intended to be underwritten by Yelverton Capital, will fund advancement of APC’s current exploration assets, evaluation of new growth opportunities and general working capital.
The Company continues to progress its Laverton Down Project, where drilling has confirmed gold mineralisation across a one-kilometre strike within a highly endowed Eastern Goldfields structural corridor. APC is also advancing its West Arunta Nexus Project, a 636 km² tenure positioned within one of Western Australia’s most prospective rare earth and critical mineral provinces. In parallel with the capital raising initiatives, Managing Director and CEO Matthew Shackleton will depart following a structured handover, with the Board acknowledging his contributions and initiating the search for a successor.
