Argent Minerals Begins Leadership Transition While Maintaining Project Momentum.
Argent Minerals Limited (ASX: ARD) has announced the start of a leadership transition as its Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Mr Pedro Kastellorizos, prepares to step down from his role. He has provided over two months’ notice and will conclude his tenure on 15 June 2026, after which he will continue contributing as a technical advisor.
The Board has initiated a search for a suitable successor with strong experience in the resources industry, project development, and capital markets to lead the company forward. Despite this transition, Argent remains focused on executing its strategic priorities, particularly advancing the Kempfield Silver Project in New South Wales toward production. Exploration activities, including drilling and metallurgical testing, are progressing in line with expectations. The Board also acknowledged Mr Kastellorizos’ contributions, highlighting his role in expanding the company’s mineral resource base and advancing its exploration portfolio, which supports Argent’s future growth prospects.
