ASIC disqualified former West Australian construction and trade industry director for four and half years
ASIC has disqualified former West Australian construction and trade industry director, Tom Butler Vorster from managing the companies for four and a half years due to his involvement in failure of below three companies.

360 Turn Around Solutions Pty Ltd
As per ASIC, Mr. Vorster acted improperly and failed to meet his obligation as director. Below are some of his failures.
He failed to pay remaining state and federal taxes and lodge tax documents with ATO concerning ITP and UI Projects.
He could not pay remaining tax liabilities to the ATO concerning 360 Turn Around.
Made loans to linked parties to the loss of ITP and UI Projects.
He could not prevent ITP and UI Projects from trading while insolvent.
He also failed to keep adequate books and records for ITP and UI Projects
