Aussie Broadband Limited (ASX: ABB) has announced the resignation of co-founder Phillip Britt as a Non-Executive Director, effective 24 March 2026, as he shifts focus to expanding his regional telecommunications venture in Gippsland. The company also confirmed the mutual conclusion of its Special Technical Advisory Services Agreement with Britt.
