Stakk Ltd (ASX: SKK) has secured a major enterprise agreement in the United States valued at AU$7.85 million (US$5.5 million) over a 12-month period, marking the largest single contract in the company’s history. The deal has been awarded to Stakk’s U.S. subsidiary, Stakk IQ, and reflects increasing demand for its AI-driven execution-layer infrastructure, particularly in highly regulated industries where compliance, fraud prevention, and data integrity are critical.
Under the agreement, Stakk will deploy a dedicated instance of its platform for a U.S.-based intelligent document capture provider operating across regulated sectors, including healthcare. The contract includes an upfront payment of approximately AU$3.93 million, with the remaining balance expected by October 2026. The company’s technology integrates real-time validation, identity verification, and decisioning capabilities directly into digital transaction workflows, helping organisations manage risk and maintain compliance. This contract is expected to support further expansion across U.S. markets, as Stakk continues to extend its presence beyond financial services into sectors such as telecommunications and healthcare.
