Axel REE Restructures Leadership Team as It Transitions Toward Project Development

Axel REE Limited (ASX: AXL) has announced the resignation of Managing Director Dr Fernando Tallarico, effective 31 May 2025. Dr Tallarico was instrumental in Axel’s IPO and early exploration success in Brazil, particularly at the Caladão REE and gallium project. As the Company transitions from exploration to development, a corporate and management restructure is underway to strengthen in-country operations and enhance leadership capabilities in Australia.

Mr. Antonio de Castro has been appointed as Consulting Chief Geologist, overseeing JORC resource estimation and technical reporting, while Mr. José Roberto Souza will lead operations in Brazil. Axel has also initiated a search for an Australian-based Managing Director with development expertise. The Company is progressing with its maiden JORC Mineral Resource Estimate and metallurgical test work at Caladão.
