Bunyu Graphite Offtake Agreement Extended with Increased Sales Volumes.

Volt Resources Limited (ASX: VRC) has successfully extended its offtake agreement with Qingdao Baixing Graphite Co., Ltd for the Bunyu Graphite Project in Tanzania. The updated agreement aligns with the project’s development schedule under the Unbounded Opportunities Fund (UOF) partnership. The extension increases the contracted sales of coarse flake graphite to 20,000 tonnes per annum (tpa) for the first two years, with volumes set to rise to 90,000 tpa for years 3-5. This five-year agreement, with a mutual option for extension, secures a significant increase in annual sales volume and strengthens Volt’s position in the global graphite market. Coarse graphite is expected to account for over 65% of Stage 1’s annual sales revenue. The extension is a key milestone in advancing the Bunyu Project, positioning it for long-term growth and production scaling.
