Apollo Minerals Limited Secures Strategic Investment from Tribeca Investment Partners
Apollo Minerals Limited (ASX: AON) has announced a significant investment by Tribeca Investment Partners, which has committed AU$2.8 million for the subscription of 70,000,000 new fully paid ordinary shares at an issue price of AU$0.04 per share. This placement, subject to shareholder approval, will result in Tribeca becoming a substantial shareholder in Apollo, with an approximate 5.6% stake.
The investment follows a previous capital raising of AU$6.5 million, underscoring the strong growth potential of the company’s Couflens High Grade Tungsten Gold Project in southern France. This project, which includes the historically important Salau mine, one of the highest-grade tungsten mines globally, continues to be a key focus of Apollo's strategic efforts. The funds from this placement will be directed toward advancing exploration and development at Couflens and for general working capital. Apollo’s Managing Director, Neil Inwood, expressed enthusiasm about collaborating with Tribeca to unlock the project’s significant potential.
