BetMakers Strengthens US and Australian Expansion Through Strategic Agreements
BetMakers Technology Group (ASX: BET) has announced two major growth milestones, marking a significant step forward in its global wagering technology strategy. The company has executed a definitive agreement to acquire the Las Vegas Dissemination Company (LVDC), providing direct access to Nevada’s major casino operators and positioning BetMakers to accelerate digital wagering adoption across one of the world’s most recognised racing markets. LVDC is expected to contribute approximately AU$4.5 million in revenue and achieve at least breakeven Adjusted EBITDA in its first year, while offering strong long-term synergy potential.
Further building on its momentum in the United States, BetMakers has entered into a five-year exclusive agreement with Betfair Australia to deliver the technology behind the new premium wagering brand, CrownBet. The agreement will see BetMakers deploy its full Apollo wagering platform and end-to-end technology stack, marking a major commercial milestone and reinforcing its position as a leading global B2B wagering solutions provider
