Bioxyne Limited (ASX: BXN) delivered a materially stronger first half for the period ended 31 December 2025, leading to an upward revision of its FY26 adjusted EBITDA guidance. H1 FY26 revenue rose to AU$31.3 million compared to AU$12.6 million in the prior corresponding period, demonstrating effective execution and scaling across the business.
Adjusted EBITDA increased to AU$8.3 million from AU$3.7 million previously, supported by margin expansion initiatives and improved cost efficiencies. As a result, FY26 adjusted EBITDA guidance has been lifted to AU$16.5 million to AU$19.0 million, while revenue guidance remains unchanged at AU$65 million to AU$75 million. Management indicated that profitability is progressing ahead of internal expectations, underpinned by disciplined operational management and sustained revenue momentum, positioning the company for a stronger full-year financial performance.
