Blue Star Helium Achieves First Production at Galactica as Company Transitions to Revenue
Blue Star Helium Limited (ASX: BNL) has achieved a major operational milestone with first refined helium successfully produced at the Pinon Canyon processing facility, marking the transition from development to production at the Galactica Project in the United States. Start-up activities have been completed, with the operation now entering optimisation and ramp-up. Initial helium sales are expected to commence in January two thousand and twenty six through short-term contracts, alongside ongoing discussions to secure longer-term offtake agreements to underpin stable revenue. To support this next phase, Blue Star has launched a capital raising of up to Australian dollars eight million two hundred thousand, strengthening its balance sheet and funding additional well tie-ins and infill drilling. Once full plant capacity is reached, production is expected to be maintained through ongoing drilling, with an anticipated operating life exceeding twelve years. The achievement represents a significant value inflection point and validates the scalability of the broader Galactica–Pegasus helium system.
