Charter Hall Long WALE REIT – Q4 FY2025 Distribution Announcement and DRP Details
Charter Hall Long WALE REIT (ASX: CLW) has announced a quarterly distribution of AUD 0.06375 per stapled security for the period ending 31 December 2025. The distribution will trade ex-distribution on 30 December 2025, with a record date of 31 December 2025 and payment scheduled for 13 February 2026.
Securityholders may elect to participate in the Distribution Reinvestment Plan (DRP), which applies to this distribution and offers reinvestment at a 1 percent discount to the volume-weighted average price calculated over a ten-day trading window from 6 January to 19 January 2026. New DRP securities will be issued on 13 February 2026 and will rank equally with existing securities. The default option for holders who do not lodge an election is to receive the cash distribution. No franking credits or conduit foreign income components apply to this payment, and the distribution is fully unfranked.
