Coast Entertainment Posts Strong 1H26 Growth on Record Visitation
Coast Entertainment Holdings Limited (ASX: CEH) delivered a strong 1H26 performance, driven by momentum across its Theme Parks & Attractions portfolio. Operating revenue rose 30.2% to AU$62.2 million, supported by a sharp increase in ticket sales and total visitation. Peak holiday trading delivered record daily attendance, while EBITDA excluding specific items climbed to AU$11.2 million, surpassing the prior full-year result and reflecting improved operating leverage.
Growth was fuelled by the successful launch of new attractions, including King Claw and the Rivertown precinct, which enhanced guest engagement and repeat visitation. Deferred revenue increased 42.8% to AU$21.8 million, underpinned by strong annual pass sales, strengthening forward revenue visibility.
The Group reported a net profit of AU$3.2 million and ended the period with a solid, debt-free balance sheet, holding AU$37.6 million in cash. Trading momentum extended into January 2026, positioning the business for continued earnings progression supported by marketing initiatives and strategic partnerships.
