DigiCo Infrastructure REIT (ASX: DGT) has appointed Michael Juniper as its new Chief Executive Officer, marking a significant step in its expansion strategy. With more than 20 years of experience in digital infrastructure and a pivotal role in building AirTrunk into a leading hyperscale platform, Juniper brings deep sector expertise and global relationships. His leadership will focus on advancing DigiCo’s next-generation data-centre developments and leveraging innovative energy solutions to support accelerating demand from cloud, AI and GPU-driven workloads.
Chris Maher will transition to Managing Director, Group Head of Government & Strategic Programs at HMC Capital, strengthening the organisation’s engagement with evolving AI, data and energy regulations. The board highlighted Juniper’s strong track record and Maher’s foundational contributions since IPO. DigiCo continues to develop a diversified global portfolio spanning 13 data centres with 232MW of planned IT capacity.
