Dubber Secures Five-Year Agreement with Tier 1 North American Telco
Dubber Corporation Limited (ASX: DUB) has secured a significant five-year agreement with a Tier 1 telecommunications provider in North America to deliver Mobile Voice Recording (MVR) and AI-driven conversation analytics. The contract strengthens Dubber’s position as a leading conversation intelligence platform for communications service providers globally.
Under the agreement, Dubber is expected to receive approximately AU$4.6 million (US$3.1 million) by the end of Q3 FY26, covering access to its Dubber Cloud Recorder along with ongoing maintenance and support for the initial term. In addition, the Company will generate recurring monthly subscription revenue as end users adopt the services over the life of the contract.
All material conditions have been satisfied, making the agreement legally binding. Management highlighted the deal as validation of Dubber’s technology following a rigorous selection process. Further details on financial impacts are expected with the Q2 FY26 Appendix 4C and quarterly update in January 2026.
