DXN Limited (ASX: DXN) has signed a contract valued at approximately AU$ 4.6 million with Globalstar Inc. to deliver three high-specification prefabricated modular data center units by the end of 2025. The units will be deployed in Maui, Hawaii, supporting the growth of satellite ground stations and Low-Earth Orbit (LEO) communications infrastructure.
Awarded following a competitive global tender process, DXN was chosen for its technical customization capabilities and proven delivery record across critical sectors like government, defense, and telecommunications. This project represents a strategic milestone, strengthening DXN’s presence in the satellite and aerospace industries. Managing Director and CEO Shalini Lagrutta noted the contract highlights DXN’s value in delivering mission-critical, edge-ready infrastructure. She affirmed the company’s continued focus on scaling operations globally, entering high-growth verticals, and ensuring premium client outcomes in demanding and remote environments.
